Mrs. Bailey grew up in Campbell County and has been apart of this community all her life. She attended Lynchburg College where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Education. She began teaching in Danville City Public Schools and in 2017 transferred to Rustburg Elementary in 5th grade. She is married to her wonderful husband, Hunter, and she is a mom to two children, Beau and Analeigh. She spends her time outside of school with her family and her friends.
Miss Estrada grew up in Fredericksburg, Virginia until she moved to Lynchburg and attended Liberty University. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and this is her first year at RES. In Miss Estrada's free time, she loves to read, go on walks, shop, and hangout with her friends and family. Miss Estrada loves being a teacher and can't wait for all of the memories that are going to be made this year!
This is Katherine Winslow's 8th year teaching and my 4th year at RES! Prior to coming to RES, Mrs. Winslow taught at Tomahawk Elementary School. She is married to Seth and they have a 2 year old little boy named Emmitt, as well as a dog named Cash. When she is not teaching, she loves to read, exercise, and spend time with friends and family. Mrs. Winslow absolutely loves building relationships with our RES families and getting to teach here.
